Food Blogging

So I am always looking for new recipes and good ideas for dinner so I love to watch food network and as some of you may know Good Things Utah is my favorite show!! I absolutely LOVE the recipes they make almost everyday. The other day they were talking about food blogging I did not know that it even existed and I am so excited! I just thought I would share a few of the websites that I looked at there are so so many to choose from. I have not tried any of the recipes yet but I plan on it.

The long awaited pictures

I finally got some pictures of Kenna and Adison put on my computer so here is the long awaited pictures of the little bundle of joy. Hope you like 'em.

Introducing......

Kenna Brielle Dudley born Dec. 18th, 2008. Weighing in at 6 lbs 9.3 oz and 20 in. long. Born at 3:46 p.m. at Ashley Regional Medical Center. Sorry it has taken so long for me to get the info posted. We have just been busy enjoying our new life. She is a great baby, so far. We do have problems breast feeding again but, that is okay. I will post some pictures when I have some extra time to go through them. Thanks to everyone who has helped out.

Yeah Dilation!

So, the day after Thanksgiving I was in severe pain and lots of contractions, Following Dr.'s orders we went into the hospital. My doctor had not checked me yet so when the nurse did we were disapointed to find out that my body was definately not ready to have a baby. I was not dilating at all! So, home I came. I had my doctors appointment again yesterday and, yeah good news...dilation!! I am dilated to 2 cm and 60%. We have set up an induction for the 18th of December if I don't go into labor before then. From the way I feel today; I don't think it is coming this weekend!!

Looking Pregnant!

This picture was taken the end of September. Not sure exactly how far along I am 20 something weeks I think. I feel like I am much larger now. I am 36 weeks tomorrow!! Wow! It's coming fast! Adison keeps saying "Lets take her out now, Mom." I keep thinking that we have narrowed down the names but then we talk about it and more options keep coming up so, who knows what she will be called. If Adison were to choose today it would be "Cokie" Thank Goodness I have more say than she does!

It's been a long time since I have added photos so, I thought I would take a second to show you some of the Memories from the last half of 2008. Obviously these are only a few but, they were great! The pics of Adison in the laundry basket....that is how we found her when we got home from our Anniversary Trip. It was the first time we had left her for two days!! She was so tired of wondering where mom and dad were and when we would be home. The Halloween pictures are of Adison with my nephews. They are the only pictures we got from halloween this year. Enjoy the show!

KitchenAid Vs. Others???

So, I all of a sudden think that I want a KitchenAid. Well, I had no idea how much they cost! Wow! Can I just say they better be worth your money. It got me thinking...do I really need a KitcheAid or would some other brand be okay to have. I am not an avid cooker/baker so, do I really want to spend that much money? I have been comparing KitchenAid and Bosch. I am not sure what other brands there are out there. It seems to me that KitchenAid is probally the better buy. I don't make much bread but, maybe I would if I had a better mixer. I think I would mostly use it for cookies, cakes and that sort of thing. So, who has one and what do you think? Are they really worth the money? Are they just the best thing ever? Help me out.
